As a Monitor, you are part of our Housing staff that passionately provides services to the residents of the Carolyn Williams Center (CWC). CWC’s unique program provides transitional living in a 17-bed, dormitory-style complex for homeless young men between 18-23 years old.
As Monitor who has graduated high school or received your GED, you will maintain a continuous state of alertness and awareness to control and secure all NSO properties as needed; will ensure all CWC residents abide by all rules and regulations. In addition, the Monitor is to ensure the CWC kitchen is maintained and secure. You will demonstrate responsible professional behavior and patience with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team that is comprised of volunteers, professional staff, and residents.
Do you have experience working with an underserved population; that’s a plus for us. Are you available to work an overnight, late evening, or weekend shift?

Clearance of background check, have a clean driving record, auto insurance in the amounts of 100/300/100, and pass a drug screen are requirements for this role. Three years general work experience, preferred. Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50lbs. This position is considered a safety sensitive position, and therefore exempt from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Act.
