Maintenance is responsible for conduct repairs and maintenance on NSO properties, to ensure that clients, employees, volunteers, and guests have a safe and pleasant experience while on property. Maintenance work includes completing weekly and monthly checklists, responding to emergency maintenance requests, assisting with renovation and remodeling and maintaining work orders of scheduled maintenance. Maintenance also performs maintenance inspections as needed.
Minimum Requirement: High school diploma or General education degree (GED) is required. Two or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Clearance of background check, have a clean driving record, and pass a drug screen.
